Craig has nearly a decade of experience representing landowners and developers in a wide range of real estate matters.  His practice primarily focuses on zoning, land use, annexation, real estate transactions, eminent domain, and general tax incentive matters. 

Craig regularly guides developers, homebuilders, and landowners through the zoning, subdivision, platting, and development phases of mixed-use, industrial, multi-family and single family residential, and commercial developments. He also represents clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, easements, leases, and title analysis. 

Craig has extensive experience appearing before city councils, township board of trustees, board of zoning appeals, planning commissions, area commissions, and architectural review boards. He also represents landowners throughout the eminent domain process and has successfully negotiated settlements exceeding $500,000.  

Craig served as the 2026 Legislative Committee Chair for NAIOP, a commercial real estate development advocacy organization. He also serves on the Housing Committee of Families Flourish, a non-profit affordable housing program. Additionally, Craig has lectured on land use law and the annexation process to various legal and real estate industry groups.

Craig graduated from Rutgers University in 2012 and from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015. While out of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and fitting in the occasional round of golf.
