Zac Walker joined the Plank Law Firm, LPA, in 2024 after graduating from Moritz Law School at The Ohio State University. Zac’s practice is primarily in zoning/land use; real estate development; annexation; and eminent domain and inverse condemnation, including matters such as lot splits, the preparation of deeds, easements, and other real estate instruments, and drafting and reviewing contracts. Zac additionally conducts legal and property research for both the transactional and litigation sides of the firm.
Zac regularly performs research and uses his strong analytical skills to assess and interpret real property information, land records, zoning codes in various jurisdictions, Ohio statutory and caselaw, as well as federal codes and regulations. He records and files deeds, easements, and land use and permitting applications with federal, state, county, and municipal bodies.
In 2020, Zac also received a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on finance from The Ohio State University. He became a licensed attorney in Ohio in 2024.
